Robert GardinerSEATTLE, Wash. (March 4, 2011)—Red Dot Corp., a leader in heating and air conditioning for commercial and military vehicles, today announced the appointment of Robert Gardiner as national sales manager for the company’s aftermarket business.

“Robert is the ideal person to lead our aftermarket sales organization,” said Bruce Channer, vice president and chief financial officer, Red Dot. “He has strong relationships with our warehouse distributors and field sales representatives, and has been integral to the success of our private-label OE parts programs. Most importantly, Robert’s knowledge of our product line and aftermarket programs gives us continuity heading into Spring 2011.”

Gardiner started his career at Red Dot in 1982 and has worked in nearly every area of the business, including managerial roles in aftermarket sales, distribution, and customer support. He most recently served as marketing manager.
