The former deputy director of the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division of the Florida Department of Transportation has joined Intelligent Imaging Systems as the company’s director of transportation solutions. Lt. Col. David Binder-retired brings more than 25 years of state law enforcement experience to the job.
