The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will implement the Comprehensive Safety Analysis 2010 (CSA 2010) program in the fall of 2010. Since CSA 2010 places greater significance on truck maintenance and includes more stringent penalties for violations, truck operators will need to take greater care in tracking repairs and parts.
